We only ask for what we need to serve you well. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

• Your name and contact details when you place a custom cake or party order
• Your email address if you sign up to our Saturday newsletter
• Basic order details, so we can bake the right thing at the right time
• Standard website analytics, like which pages are visited, in a form that does not identify you personally

We do not take card payments on this website, so we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Your information is used for a small set of clear purposes:

• To take, prepare, and hand over your order
• To reply to your enquiries and questions
• To send our newsletter, but only if you asked for it
• To understand which parts of our site are useful, so we can improve them
